I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University.

I believe that people are social beings and strive for connection, validation, and belonging. I feel that trust, openness, and mutual understanding are essential for the therapeutic alliance and successful outcomes in treatment.

My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to process through their life-stressors, trauma, grief, as well as mental, emotional, and physical health.

My theoretical framework is based in Adlerian therapy with techniques derived from cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, client-centered (humanistic), and play therapy.
