The needs of my perfect client varies. Sometimes we need help navigating relationships. Others struggle with anxiety, depression or a need to change behaviors. The perfect client would be ready for change but I am here to meet you where you are in your journey to self awareness.

I am a general practitioner, using an eclectic mix of approaches and interventions. This allows flexibility to meet my clients where they are, in ways that are meaningful to them.
