Experienced, licensed therapist with over 10+ years’ experience working with individuals and families helping them to achieve their goals through development of a greater sense of harmony, oneness, and inner peace in their lives. This is accomplished by helping clients understand their inner selves and then stimulating change at the core of their being.

Besides my experience in Marriage & Family Therapy and treatment of adults who are experiencing anxiety or depression, I also possess over 20+ years’ experience working with adolescents in an educational setting experiencing behavioral challenges. Modes of treatment include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Family Systems Therapy.

I counsel under the belief of three important principles: (1) that everyone has the ability to change; (2) while we cannot change what happened in the past, we can change how those past events affect us in the present; and (3) we are always in charge of our emotions, regardless of the surrounding circumstances.
