It is my goal to provide you with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can collaboratively identify and work through any challenges or barriers that are preventing you from living a fulfilling life. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel valued, supported, and understood is the foundation in which meaningful and significant change occurs. Whether you are seeking support to heal from the past, gain insight through self-discovery work to enhance your present, or increase your resilience by expanding your skills to successfully navigate the future, I am here to help!

I tailor my approach to counseling sessions to meet your unique needs and readiness for change. My theoretical toolbox is derived from principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

I am honored by the opportunity to walk alongside you and provide the guidance and support you need to thrive.
