Feeling is healing. My knowledge as a therapist has led me to understand and value the importance of human connection. It is my goal to help others improve their communication skills so they can express their needs, feel understood, and strengthen their relationships with others. I provide a comfortable and empowering environment to guide, educate, and inform clients on how to overcome various challenges. I am dedicated to maintaining a supportive, non-judgmental space to help clients facilitate the change they wish to see in their lives.

I work with individuals, couples, and families. I utilize a strength based model and tenets of cognitive behavioral therapy. My approach is driven by the firm belief that clients are the most knowledgeable coaches of their own lives. I see my role as a helper, guiding and supporting client growth in any way they see fit. I am fortunate to be able to join others on their journey to healing.
