Have you experienced a traumatic event? Are you struggling to manage anger, anxiety, depression, or another debilitating mental health symptom? Do you feel stuck, frustrated, and unhappy in your marriage? Are you arguing and bending rules to manage a challenging child or giving in just to keep the peace? It’s time to make the choice that puts you on the path to a more peaceful life.

I have over 13 years’ experience as a strengths-based mental health professional. I will provide individualized treatment using an eclectic, existential therapeutic approach that combines wraparound strategies with evidence-based treatment interventions. In addition to my private practice experience, I have volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, worked within the NJ System of Care, worked for and managed outpatient clinics, and I am currently a school-based program coordinator. Each experience afforded me with opportunities to use a systems-based lens and acquire various theoretical skills and certifications.

If you’re tired of struggling, want to rediscover who you are, and are ready to make the impossible seem possible, let’s do it! Commit to your wellness and be the change for yourself, your relationships, and your life.
